05/19/2008 The "Abraham Lincoln: Self-Made in America" Bicentennial Tour, which examines Lincoln's life from log cabin to the White House, opens May 31 at Lakeview Museum in Peoria. This traveling exhibition housed in expandable semitrailer commemorates the bicentennial of Lincoln's birth in 1809. The exhibit is free admission and will be set up at Lakeview from May 31 through June 15. Call the museum at 686-7000 for more information.
