03/14/2008 Take a look at Alliance Library System's newest project in Second Life. The Land Of Lincoln is a virtual recreation of Abraham Lincoln's world. As we prepare to celebrate the bicentennial of his birth, you can see the White House as it looked when he was president. Thanks to the talents of many volunteers, including teens, we can see Mary's Grove Plantation and Lincoln's Springfield home.
